DWB Security Services, Inc. requires all applicants and security guard
personnel to possess a valid high school diploma or pass a G.E.D. High
School Test.  Successful applicants must also be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language, be physically and mentally capable of performing the required duties, be able to think and act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations.

All successful applicants must have the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, retain information, and respond to training to determine an appropriate course of action in various situations.  Each applicant is also required to have a combined minimum of two years security, military, police, post-secondary educational, or other verifiable employment experience.  There are other options available for certain applicants.
